# Invite your team

> Help a colleague get access to your firm’s Law Brief workspace.

  You need to be a **firm administrator** to invite colleagues or change their access.

  <Step title="Open Team">
    In your firm’s workspace, select **Team**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter their email and choose a role">
    Use the colleague’s email address, choose what they can do, then select **Invite**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Share the setup link">
    Under **Pending invitations**, select **Copy setup link** and send it to your colleague through your firm’s usual channel. They’ll need to use the email address you invited.

## Choose what they can do

    Manage the team, upload recordings, view results, and retry when available.

## Change someone’s access

In **Team**, choose a new role beside the person’s name. Use the remove button if they should no longer have access.

Keep at least one firm administrator so someone can continue managing the team.
