# Get help

> Quick answers for sign-in, recording, and draft problems.

Choose the problem that matches what you see.

  <Accordion title="I can’t sign in">
    Use your firm’s sign-in link and the email address they invited. If you already have an account, sign in with your existing password. Ask your firm administrator for help if you still cannot get in.

  <Accordion title="My invitation won’t open">
    Ask your firm administrator to send a fresh setup link. Check that you’re using the email address they invited.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I can’t upload my recording">
    Check that you’ve selected an audio file, such as MP3 or WAV. Read the message shown. If it says the file is too large or too long, or there is no upload button, ask your firm administrator for help.

  <Accordion title="My recording is taking a long time">
    Refresh the recording’s details and check its progress. If it still appears stuck, tell your firm administrator which recording it is. Check the existing recording before uploading it again.

  <Accordion title="My recording needs attention">
    Open the recording and read the message. A lawyer or firm administrator may be able to select **Retry failed stage**. If that option is missing or doesn’t help, contact your firm administrator. Any results already available may still be opened.

  <Accordion title="A result link no longer works">
    Return to the recording in Law Brief and select **Open** again. Use the new link instead of an old bookmark or shared link.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The transcript or draft has a mistake">
    Check the wording and speakers against the recording. Review names, dates, amounts, advice, and next steps before using the draft. Tell your firm administrator if the result is unusable.
